Senior Bowl: McFadden set on consistency

San Diego State cornerback Leon McFadden is in Mobile, Alabama to play against other top seniors at the Senior Bowl. McFadden spoke with FOX Sports NEXT following practice.

MOBILE, Ala. — San Diego State's Leon McFadden made the trip to the Senior Bowl to prove even though he spent his time in the Mountain West Conference, he can play with the top talent in the country, including guys from the SEC.

"I'm focusing on staying consistent," McFadden said after practice. "I've been working on my technique and showing the physicality of my game."

McFadden, a defensive back, is also enjoying the Senior Bowl process away from the field, talking with national media and NFL scouts who line up seeking his time.

"It's really nice to talk about what I have to bring to the table," he explained.

McFadden officially weighed in at 5-foot-9.5 193-pounds.

He is currently projected as a fourth round pick.
