The Denver Broncos announced a trade with Washington for DT Lionel Dalton while trimming its roster to the NFL mandated 65-players

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- The Denver Broncos Tuesday traded defensive tackle Lional Dalton to the Washington Redskins for a conditional draft pick in 2004, Head Coach Mike Shanahan announced. In addition, the Broncos waived the following players, trimming their roster to the NFL maximum 65-man playing limit:
