National Football League signings for March 6, 2002.

NFL SIGNINGS

San Diego Charger defensive tackle John Parrella has agreed to a $24 million, six-year contract with the AFC rival Oakland Raiders. The contract calls for a $4.75 million signing bonus.

St. Louis Rams linebacker London Fletcher agreed to sign with the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday. Terma of the deal were not disclosed.

Bills linebacker Sam Cowart has signed a six-year $31 million contract with the New York Jets. The contract calls for a signing bonus of $1.8 million. He will receive a base salary of $1.2 million in 2002.

Offensive guard Kerry Jenkins has agreed to a five-year, $10 million contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which includes a $2.6 million signing bonus. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound lineman spent the previous five seasons with the New York Jets.

The Chicago Bears picked up two new signees on Wednesday as running back Rabih Abdullah, formely with Tampa Bay, and former Panther tight end Luther Broughton have agreed to terms. Though terms of the deals were not disclosed sources have confirmed that Abdullah has signed for three-years while Broughton has signed for one-year.

The Philadelphia Eagles have announced the re-signing of Tight end and long snapper Mike Bartrum.
