Schon: NFL Picks Week Five

Things are shaping up a bit better in Week Five, but the Denver Broncos still scare me to death. So why am I laying out three to Tampa Bay? Two words - Brian Griese.

So here we are in Week Five, and I’m starting to climb out of my meltdown in the first two weeks. Bit it big last week with the Broncos – KC disaster but I think they’ll bounce back at home as the second stop on Brian Griese’s Revenge Tour. The other shocker – I’m picking the Bengals (+17) over T.O, T.R. and the rest of Wade’s boys. With all the distractions this week I’m not willing to lay that many points on the big “D”.
