Less than twenty-four hours after video surfaced showing a disgruntled Brandon Marshall acting out during practice, Josh McDaniels struck back, suspending the wide receiver indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team.

The video, which has hit every major news outlet, shows Marshall refusing to catch passes, leisurely walking while the rest of the team was running warm ups and punting the ball in anger instead of giving it to the ball boy.

Realizing the firestorm wasn't helping his chances of getting traded, Marshall quickly put his spin on it during an interview on NFL Live, admitting that he had "a lot of frustration" and his actions were "an error in judgment."

"Unfortunately, I kind of let my frustration get the best of me."

For his part McDaniels has refused comment on the situation and no timetable has been set for Marshall's return, but it would not be surprising if the suspension lasts into the season.

"When he's ready and able to practice, he will practice," McDaniels told reporters. "That's it."

McDaniels is scheduled to address the media today at 11:00 MST. Stay tuned to Broncos Update for all the latest information as it becomes available.
