Devoe, 6-2, 198 pounds, is a first-year wide receiver who finished the 2004 season on the practice squad of Baltimore, which signed him Dec. 15. Devoe, who led NFL Europe’s Cologne Centurions with five touchdown receptions in 2004, spent training camp with Baltimore and briefly appeared on its practice squad in early September. He also was on the practice squads of Miami (9/14-9/28) and Tennessee (10/7-11/30) in 2004. Devoe entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Baltimore on May 9, 2003, and played on its practice squad that season. In two years at Central Missouri State University, he posted 98 receptions for 1,971 yards (20.1 avg.) with 21 touchdowns after transferring from Itawamba Community College (Miss.). Todd Vaughn Devoe attended Boyd Anderson High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and was born April 5, 1980, in Ft. Lauderdale.
